Programs
Three ways to contract.
Every program covers plowing, sidewalks and de-icing, with salting always billed per application.
Per push
Billed by the visit, for sites that want to pay for the winter they get.
Seasonal capped
A fixed seasonal price up to a set number of events, then per push.
Seasonal unlimited
One price for the whole season, whatever the winter brings. Carries a premium over the per-push equivalent.
Plowing, sidewalks and de-icing
How it runs
Dispatched before the storm, documented after.
- Site plans agreed before the season: trigger depths, priorities, where the snow goes
- Crews and equipment dispatched on the forecast, not the phone call
- Every visit logged with times and materials, reported to the client
- November through March in northern and mountain markets
