About
LawnPoint is a landscape services platform built by acquiring strong regional businesses and running them on one standard, one field system and one guarantee.
A Gr3ySpace company
Gr3ySpace is a Dallas-based consumer and operating services group. LawnPoint keeps its own name, its own branches and its own crews; the group supplies purchasing, fleet, technology, training and capital so every branch can invest in equipment and people without losing the local character that makes it worth hiring.

Leadership

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Gr3ySpace
Alexandra leads Gr3ySpace and every company in it, LawnPoint included. She built her operating discipline at Toyota and Danfoss, applying lean methods to complex multi-site operations, and holds LawnPoint to one rule: prove it in our own branches before it is franchised to anyone else.
“Prove it in our own stores before we franchise it to anyone else.”

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Gr3ySpace
William owns the operating build behind LawnPoint: the branches, the crews, the equipment and the systems every route will run on. He started on job sites and knows how crews work; his companies delivered more than 10,000 homes and apartments across eight states and Washington, D.C., without ever running a team larger than 25 people.
“Get the first location right and write down how it runs. Then do it again.”

Chief of Staff, Gr3ySpace
Suebina works directly with Alexandra to keep Chocojava, LawnPoint and the franchising business on one set of priorities. She spent twelve years training intelligence professionals in the U.S. Intelligence Community and was a top-ranked U.S. real estate agent for five consecutive years.

Head of Investor Relations, Gr3ySpace
McCory is the senior contact for investors and strategic partners with an existing relationship with Gr3ySpace, and reports every location’s numbers plainly. He advised Fortune 500 companies on treasury services at Bank of America and served as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State.

Head of Research, Gr3ySpace
Joe’s research is how LawnPoint proves each branch before it grows. He studies markets and service areas, customer demand and the economics of each branch, screens the regional landscaping businesses LawnPoint may acquire, and builds the return models that show when a market is ready for the next branch. He reports to William Pohl III.
His approach is experimental: test, measure and repeat before scaling. He developed it during a decade in biotechnology, purifying proteins for gene and cell therapies and rising to department supervisor, and spent 12 years producing and directing live events nationwide and abroad. He holds a biochemistry degree, with honors, from Towson University.

Office Manager, Gr3ySpace
Julia runs the office and front desk and keeps leadership’s schedules, travel, expenses and meetings organized as LawnPoint prepares its first branches. She answers the main line, coordinates office vendors and supplies, and leads onboarding so every new team member starts with what they need. She reports to William Pohl III and assists Alexandra Pohl.
In the Air Force she held instructional and leadership roles managing training and qualification programs for hundreds of personnel, and over more than eight years in executive aviation, global operations and program management she supported senior national and military leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Anthropology and an Associate of Science in Space Technology.
How LawnPoint grows
Strong regional landscaping businesses with good crews and loyal clients, in and around the six metros first.
Customer letters within ten days, fleet livery within forty, license review within thirty, one field system for scheduling, invoicing and crew tracking.
Turn one-time jobs into annual maintenance agreements and build route density around every branch.
Written quality standards, route supervisors, safety programs and the 24-hour guarantee, the same in every branch.
