Careers
We hire people who take pride in skilled outdoor work, and we invest in the training that lets them grow from crew member to crew leader to running a branch.
Why work here
Structured crew training, applicator licensing support and a clear path from crew member to crew leader to operations roles.
Field pay set at or above market rates in each branch market, reviewed annually, with health benefits for full-time team members.
Maintained, professional-grade equipment, a DOT-compliant fleet and uniforms that hold up.
Representative roles
LawnPoint is pre-launch: current openings are for the founding team, and crew and branch roles open as each branch launches. Postings name the branch city, and California and District of Columbia postings include the pay range the law requires.

The work
Every crew is judged first on whether it showed up, then on the cut, the edge and the trim. The people on the route make all three.
