What this site collects, how it is used, and the notices every LawnPoint page carries.
Notices
Applications are made by state-licensed technicians, and treated properties are posted as applicable law requires. No pesticide-safety claim is published without substantiation reviewed by Compliance.
We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, fulfill service agreements and manage client accounts, plus anonymized analytics used to improve the site. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing; it is shared only to fulfill services or as required by law. California consumers may exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. Requests to access or delete information go to legal@gr3yspace.org.
Services are governed by the individual service agreement of the relevant branch. Offerings, pricing and terms may change with advance notice to active clients; site content may not reflect current offerings in every market.
Clients who are not satisfied with a service can tell us within 24 hours, and we return at no charge. Terms are set out in each service agreement.
LawnPoint is pre-launch. Our first branches open in 2027, and this site describes our services as plans until they do. No operating figures are published before launch.
Leadership portraits and the team’s dog photographs show the people and dogs named. All other photographs on this site are licensed stock images; they do not depict LawnPoint crews, properties or clients.
Built to WCAG 2.1 AA: alternative text on every image, minimum 4.5:1 text contrast, keyboard navigation. Problems can be reported to hello@lawnpoint.com.
